Wow time can sure just zip by can't it! Last week I came down with some sort of flu bug that kicked my ass for 4 days. Not fun! However I have not had a ciggerette since the 13th. I didn't intend on quitting, but it is going ok. Unfortunately though, I have gained weight already. Ick! DB said that if I am serious about this he will get me a gym membership as a reward. I wasn't looking for a reward, but who am I to say no. Also this way he has the control that if we break up, it's not my bill. Terrible way to look at things I know.

DD2 has managed to get herself into trouble again. Her grades had slipped down to 2 D's. She wanted to attend a sleepover last Friday and knew that she had to have all C's to go. She actually brought me a handwritten "C" over a typewritten "F" and thought that she could get away with it. Then I found out that this boy she has been talking about from her afterschool club is actually a high schooler from LC. I was soooo pissed! She is 13 years old, not allowed to date anyway, but then thought that she could see a 16 year old high schooler just bc his mother approved. Grrrrrrrrr! Also I am still waiting to hear why the high school was over at the middle school anyway and let in. This is supposed to be a safe forum for my child after school. I am not feeling like she was kept safe in any way.
